Our Grinder: The ANFIM ™ Super Caimano

The ANFIM ™ Super Caimano grinder is one of the best grinders on the market today. They dose so well that distribution is rendered practically unnecessary. They also eliminate almost all waste typically caused by the doser sending errant grounds all over the bar. The Super Caimano is equipped with a timer to allow for even dosing for each shot.
