• Our beans are supplied by award-winning 49th Parallel Roasters based in Vancouver.
• Our setup includes high-end equipment to ensure consistent quality results each time.
• Our baristas are trained in the fine art and techniques of making the perfect cup of coffee.

From there, the multi-sensory experience begins. The sound of grinders permeates the air with the delicate aromas of world class coffees. The subtle beauty of latte art adds a flourish to every milk-based beverage on our menu, preparing our guests for incredibly balanced flavours.

All of our espresso-based coffee is prepared by Montreal's finest baristas using our Synesso Cyncra espresso machine, the first and only one of its kind in Quebec.

All of our 'drip' coffee is brewed using french presses (BODUM), a brew method that we feel is superior to using automated drip machines, percolators, etc.
